New ‘Doctor Who’ Logo Officially Revealed!

When Doctor Who returns for a full thirteen episode series five in 2010 practically everything will be changed. New Doctor, new companion, new production team, new TARDIS exterior and rumors abound that the TARDIS interior and the show’s title music will also be different. The BBC added one more change to the pile today with the unveiling of the new logo design, as seen below. This may also indicate that the entire title sequence will, well, change! Check out the new logo that will usher in the reign of the eleventh Doctor and, below that, take a look at a showcase of the other logos over the last forty-six years.

Yes, but apparently, it's slightly larger, and a bit brighter. The windows are black and white, too, though it's all fairly subtle. As for the inside, well, I have no idea. The exteriors have been seen many times on location, and photos have been circulating since filming began, but I don't think anyone's seen the interior yet.

Well that's ok, then. I was worried that they'd decide to change the chameleon circuit, since Donna-Doctor mentioned how "easy" it would be to fix it.

And what did you think of Series One? Series Four features Catherine Tate as Donna Noble, the Doctor's new companion. It's also got some really great stories. Series Five is only a few specials-- mainly done so that David Tennant could go off and do Hamlet, I believe. Series Six will begin, oh, in the Spring, I think. We still have two episodes left with Ten before he regenerates into Matt Smith's Eleven.

I enjoyed it, but I still like david best.
I do like the way doctor 1 likes to wave and say hello.
I like how abrupt David is, it's like everything is out of left field.
And no one else makes wacky faces like him.
