Hey, Kaige!
Nov. 3rd, 2004 12:00 pmIt isn't "Judeo" Christian. It's Fundamentalist Christian. And it isn't even all of them-- just one. And all his congregation.
I no longer feel I live in a country that accepts my religion. I live in a country that tolerates it. And not even that in far too many places.
There's too much to say. I'm overwhelmed, and overwhelmingly depressed and scared. I'm going to spend this weekend locked in my apartment watching West Wing DVDs and planning how much money I can send to MoveOn, Planned Parenthood, and the Sierra Club. If anyone wants to join me, you're welcome to. Misery loves company-- especially if it brings Pepsi.
