ysobelleI have a friend who is, I think, approaching a crisis. If any of you knows or is a drug and alcohol counselor, I need advice right now. I just don't know what to do.
ETA: Put the mask over your own face, remember.
I called my own therapist, who always gives me perspective. She's right. There's nothing I can do right now for my friend. She called again. I told her to go into work tomorrow, but she said she won't. I can only turn off the phone, try to sleep, and deal with her when she's sober again. She knows I love her, at least.
