They're not, sadly-- I get them from Mininova or Isohunt. They're usually online within an hour or two of their airing.
The last special was technically Series Four's Christmas Special. This is the first of Series Five. We won't get the next ones for months.

Just watched it! Thought it was much fun; am already annoyed by fandom reaction.
(ETA: Annoying reaction: commentary on the Magical Negro; the rather fabulous UNIT commander largely overlooked as a strong recurring character.)
