I've postponed my trip to the dealership, because I'm sitting here waiting for my handsome UPS guy. Whom I will probably knock completely over-- and then utterly ignore as I revel in the glory that is my new computer. Oh, JOY! Except this is a joy deferred, cos it's not actually here yet. Gah. After it arrives, then I'll go, and probably leave my car overnight.

And at some point, once it's here, I shall joyfully plunge myself back into Second Life. Who wants to throw me a party?


I've come to the conclusion that I can't possibly fit two dress forms, three bins, and a changing room into a Honda Civic, so I'm likely going to have to rent something. Which kills me, but what can you do? I'm torn between a minivan, and a hybrid SUV-- neither of which I've ever driven before. There's $67 difference, but with the SUV, I'd prolly make a good bit of that up in gas. I'd also feel better about it. I'd rather not spend the money at all, but as it looks like it's just me and maybe Ryan going up Friday, that's how it must be.


I have to install Office in the new computer ASAP, obviously, but the copy I had belongs to my sister. Who will make retrieving it as difficult as possible, because she's just like that.


And I just tried calling her.

And my phone turned itself off again.*

*If you ever try to call me, and the phone goes directly to voicemail, it's because my phone will, more often than not, shut off when it senses an incoming call. Please leave a message. I'll listen to it after I stop trying to strangle my Treo.

I know it is a crappy option, but you can get me stuff earlier in the week, I can bring it up friday night, but not in time for opening. Maybe something of less importance? Maybe one of the forms? Or the room?
Another suggestion, you do know others going up Friday- Hugh and Eric come to mind right away. Can anyone else take just some of your stuff?

And, if Rocky is what you want, you are going to the right place. At Wicked on Saturday night at 12:30 am they are showing Rocky Horror. I can de-virginize you! ;-)

Well, I wanna se Repo. But also, it depends on who I have at my booth. I may not be able to go anywhere-- as usual.

Good thing I love my job. Seriously.

I was going to suggest the same thing. Dusti and I are leaving here sometime Friday morning, and I might be able to shove one or two things in with my stuff, as we're taking two cars, including her Hearse. We'll be up there probably no later than 1 pm.

If you can get it up to me bedore next Thursday night, it would be an option. Whichever is easier for you.
