Part of the problem is that I think she took the contact sheets for my customers-- presumably to have the mailing addresses. But now I have to dig out their phone numbers from G-d-knows-where.

I just talked to Wayne - anything over $250 to $999 is a misdemeanor, over $1000 is grand theft. However, other charges can be added to that - if she deliberately stole the corsets (which it sounds like she did), then conspiracy charges will be added on top of the theft charges. Definately file a report. If it's not the first time she's been caught stealing, they'll take that into account and she'll be in some seriously deep shit.

BTW, Wayne just talked with a friend of his who's a cop in Trooper, so he confirmed the info. It used to be over $2500 to be considered grand theft, but they recently changed the law.
