Yeah. I can't wait to see what happens when Sprint tries to call me back. At this point, if I try to talk to anyone else? I may kill them with the sheer power of rage in my voice.

Have you tried a hard reset of the phone? Maybe even a reload of the firmware? There should be something on Palm's site for it.
