I feel a little better. My head's still full of ugh and I'm trying to rest. I called work yesterday and left a message for the AM saying, "I've got the galloping crud everyone else had, and I'm horribly sick. DOn't put me on the schedule for the beginning of the week." I called back today just be sure she got the message, and even after telling her I was sick, even after she could HEAR how bad I sounded, she tells me I'm on the schedule for tomorrow. I actually had to stop and take a breath. "Do I SOUND like I can work tomorrow?" So now I go in Wednesday.

Oh, it's gonna be a fun season.
