My aunt is not getting any better. I can't express how incredibly painful and confusing this is to watch. Her doctors don't know if it's her medicine, dementia, or, still, postictal psychosis.


In other news, man, Jon Stewart needs a vacation. But, evilly, I hope he doesn't take one any time soon. He's on fire this week. He absolutely savaged Sarah Palin tonight-- his whole show was an invective against her-- and one very well-done. How? He just used video of her. She does it to herself. I find it utterly impossible to have sympathy for her. Or, rather, I have as much sympathy for her as she does for rape an incest victims, and I have as much respect for her as she does people who have travelled outside the United States.

Anyway. I'm slowly working through the backlog of emails I have-- I know I owe several people a missive. I beg a bit more patience. I'm getting there. Oh, and I start again at Fire & Ice tomorrow, in our new store at the Philly airport. Can't wait to see how long it takes to get through the security checkpoint, as it seems to hate my underwire.

My most heartfelt condolences about your aunt. Likewise, I'm often kicking around, so lemme know if there's anything a far flung northern barbarian can do.

On a lighter note, the bra thing is the most awkwardly amusing thing I've heard in a really long time. I mean...dude. Chill out, security, I promise not to kill you with my underwear! *snickery* Cheers, love =)

Yeah, he's only had Tony Blair, Bill Clinton, and Bill Mahr on in the last 2 weeks. And he hasn't been really light handed with any of them. I could swallow 15 min of the debate, then I juat wanted to smack that woman far too much. I'm sure they're planning for the week at Comedy Central.
