Another day, another Treo.

For those of you playing along with the home game? This is the fifth one that's died on me. This was the refurbished model they sent me last week, that I'd waited two weeks to get. The one that started going downhill within two hours out of the box. They can't tell me when I'll get the Instinct, and when I called today-- pretty pissed-- I actually got one fucking bitch on the phone who said, essentially, "Well, it's on backorder. I don't know what you expect me to do about that." Yes, I asked for her supervisor. No, I really didn't get anywhere. Maybe I'll have the new phone this week.

So. Who has AT&T? Who has an iPhone? Do you like it? I'm really, really open to hearing about it at the moment.

After 75 calls ( a busy phone day) I can check my email several times. I can still drive the hour home but I do have to plug it in when I get home. I have had the girls at the office insist on a car charger.

A friend of mine has an iPhone and loves it to bits. She'll probably be trading up to the shiny new one, soon. I've mentioned my concerns about being locked in to AT&T with one, and she says she's never had a problem with her phone service except when she's in the depths of a hospital or a mall- if she can find a window or skylight, she's fine.
(Phil has a work-issued Blackberry and commonly refers to it as "that piece of shit.)

I've had my iPhone for about 5 months and I still can't seem to get tired of it. I probably get the 3G down the road, but not while the one I have still works. As far as the AT&T service goes, a little pricey but I rarely drop out of signal.

I am on AT&T, I use a Blackjack, but the friends I have with iPhones make me want to look at the seriously. I haven't heard one of them complain about the performance of the phone or the battery life... Some have the original (like a former co worker and my MIL) others just got the 3G model, and two of them are traveling across country right now.

you know I *love* mine to bit love it love it love it it's so sweet and pretty and slick... John has been talking about the Nokia smart phone that they are coming out with (featured in batman) but.. yeah.

The rates aren't too bad either... depending I mean it's a normal plan plus $30 for the data plan... then you get 200 text with it. (which.... I kinda over spent one month woops!)


But yes.. I love it so very very much...

While I don't have an iPhone, I've been with AT&T(Cingular) for almost 8 years. I've had really good customer service from them.

I have AT&T and a blackberry curve. I hear decent things bout the iPhone, but a lot of my friends who have one have also had the bbery. I can squee on the glory of the crackberry if you wish.

Oh, I started with a BB, then moved over to a Treo. I'm happy as hell with the device-- WHEN IT WORKS. I just can't take this constant dying shit any more.

Faire is great. Turnpike the last I remember I had one small spot that would drop sometimes.
