Did you know we could lift the ban, award the contracts, build the platforms, and start pumping oil all by, say, next week? Wow. Yay for the happy visions of Texas oilmen!

countries than keeping it here. The problem isn't
that we can't get oil, the problem is the oil companies
charge whatever they want for it because we HAVE to buy it.
they make "record profits" every year, meaning that they made
even more than last year every time. Because they use every
disaster or mishap as an excuse to raise prices to "compensate"
but yes, clearly polluting the earth more that is already so far
into gloabla warming is clearly the smart answer, not to mention
destroying countless ecosystems. Screw the earth man! we want cheaper oil!
