"Many people think you are just a little bit odd, but you consider yourself just a little eccentric. You find new experiences exciting and fulfilling."
Didn't read the first comment, did you? One of the common names for Nigella is Love-in-the-Mist. It's quite pretty and far easier to grow than roses. I'm not sure it would be very comfortable tucked into cleavage, though.
It's pretty much a standard inclusion in old-fashioned country gardens, but most people refer to it by the common names of the variety. And it's not one of the plants you'll find in most garden centers. I've always had to grow it from seed. It's pretty soft- kind of like fennel or dill leaves, but it's got lots more leaf stems and if you strip those off you lose the 'in a mist' quality.
oh and by the way - how the hell are you? I havent heard from you in forever!!! You do know this is Madame Bridget of local 9 3/4 aka Heather in Pgh right?
I didn't know that was you! I'm on yahoo chat now and then, but you're usually offline or afk. I'm doing pretty well. Finally getting used to California weather- after 3+ years in the netherlands where it rains nearly every day, silicon valley is just weird.
shoot me a message sometime, sometimes I am just sitting beside the computer and not really paying attention to it so it says afk or idle. I've been sewing more, doing more designing. I am contracted right now for two stage acts and the king and queen for the Pgh faire. And doing more face painting and henna work. It's been a fun wild ride lately. I just added you to friends on my journal. feel free to poke around and see what's new. glad you're back in the states doing well...when you are ready to come back out to PA leme know, I'll clear some space for ya!
