In your settings, under "Viewing Adult Content", set to "Do not collapse".

Also make sure your Flist isn't being filtered for adult content.

Like Hugh said, I changed my settings so I won't have to see that shit.

It's a bad system, for a plethora of reasons, but one of the stupidest things is that the warning overrides whatever cut-tags might have been put there by the user. So you could be unwittingly clicking on movie spoilers, TMI, or a bunch of images that will take forever to load.
