I am very excited about tonight. At long last, my photo shoot with kylecassidy, jenny_fur, and Laurie of L.A.B. makeup. I'm finishing Kyle's long-awaited curtains now, and I'm so in love with the heavy, gorgeous red velvet that's literally taking over my apartment I might just have to go buy more and make myself a huge, heavy, decadent crinoline skirt. I haven't worn hoops in literally a decade or more, but this might just bring me back into the circle, ha ha ha. That is, if-- and this is a big if-- I can wear this red. It might wash me out, or play badly off my skin. And cutting it with green closer to my face would make me look like a reject from Disney's Holiday On Ice.

Just finished watching my beloved Jane Eyre again. Turns out there IS a deluxe version out in the States already: The Bronte Collection, Masterpiece Theatre's versions of both Jane Eyre and Wuthering Heights. Which sells for, of course, less than the Jane Eyre I bought alone. And it has all the extras: deleted scenes, interviews....subtitles, I hope. I may have to splurge.

I'm so in love with this fringe, Kyle. I probably don't have enough, but I can get more this week. I hope you love these.
