When I saw your post this morning, I asked Ryan if she knew what event occurred on this date. She quoted me something vague from the movie, and then said, "Wait, something really did happen on this date? In real life?" I said, "Oh, no. I'm going to call you this evening, and you're going to have the right answer for me!"

Well, I admit, I didn't actively seek out knowledge on the topic until I'd read the graphic novel a couple of years ago. But hey, learning is learning. ;D
