Kitchen Nightmares he takes over a resturant that is completely gross and disgusting and changes it for the better (in his usual no holds barred way)

Oh, I know, but it has to have been on a few years, because now he has "Kitchen Nightmares Revisited," where he goes back to see what happened afterwards. And I think the last one he'd originally gone in, oh, '05. Maybe it's just new to us?
