Koi are fish, and water gardening is a landscaping design concept that involves ponds and waterfalls as the focal point of the designscape. It's also a broader term referring to the understanding of the biological enviroment that those water features require.

I worked one year at Moorehaven Water Gardens north of Seattle. All they do is deal with koi and water gardens and setting up pools and pumps and pipes and summer feeding versus winter feeding and......... what did you need to know?
