That's a link to a beautiful and somewhat enigmatic video I stumbled across tonight. It's short, but worth the four minutes. It reminds me of "Mirrormask," in a way.
Today, I stayed in Philly to work on Phee's wedding clothes. At last, I'm done with her corset & skirt, and we finished the boy's shirts. Apropos of nothing, I do like the way Michael deals with the kids.I'm also glad I don't have to do it myself.
I got updates through the day from the Skin of Our Teeth Construction Crew. It was all going so well-- until the last hole revealed a tree stump someone cut flush to the ground and never properly got rid of. Cos golly, who'd ever want to actually BUILD on a faire site? I have no idea how we'll handle this, but we can't get the hole inspections and thus the concrete pour done til this is resolved. And we're running out of time.
