New folks just moved in downstairs. They must have been getting used to the kitchen the night surlywench and I thought someone was burning the place down, cos I'm smelling something DIVINE right now. It smells like pepper steak. And the other night, it was something tomato-based and equally divine.

dude, if they make your place smell like chocolate cake, not only are you *never* moving, but we'll have to just bang a hole in your floor and explain the new situation to them....they'll be okay once they get over their door being nailed shut from the outside....
