On Hate and Lofts.

ysobelleI said to a coworker at the store the other day, referencing the Evil Snake with whom I used to work at the Airport store years ago, "I hate her. Honest to G-d. Despise her. I wanted to hit her with my car when I saw her crossing the street."
My coworker was floored. "You? You HATE someone? You don't hate ANYONE!"
Do I really come across as that puppies-and-daisies? Or is it only to, say, people who don't read my LiveJournal?
In other news, I'm finally at the point where I can seriously begin the search for new-- larger-- digs. I contacted the Philly Apartment Co., and they sent me some interesting listings. One of them is a loft on N 5th St. in Northern Liberties. parts of the area are, yes scary, but parts are pretty nice. And the photos made me drool: space. Lots of it. They're not artsily-dressed designer lofts: they're just big, open, empty spaces with lots of windows and a bare, polished hardwood floor. I can SEE a seven-foot worktable there, and a dropcloth, and fabric dye splattered across silk while I experiment with sugar and salt effects.
The downside, of course, is that it's not an area where I can safely walk my dog at 3am. (Not that this place is, but....) There's no washer/dryer in the unit, though there is one on the floor. It's not further West, like I wanted.
Lastly, I finally got an appointment with "my" accountant on Friday. Well, he WILL be my accountant after that point. I'm finally going to get my financials in order, which is the next big step for MFM. I'm excited about that. I feel like there are so many things for me to keep an eye on that I MUST be missing something. Which is, alas, probably no more than the truth.
Oh! No, there IS one more thing:
Can ANYONE tell me the real differences between the newest BlackBerry and the newest Treo? I'm even more confused now than I was when I bought the BB.
