So here's the plan.

Sunday, May 2nd is two days after my birthday, but it's the one day I'm almost sure to be off work. And broke as I am, I need to watch those RTOs. Though if everyone says, "Are you kidding? make it Saturday!" I'll throw caution to the wind. It's a kinda half-big birthday, after all.

I live beside Tinicum Wildlife Preserve-- yes, acres of bird-and-beast-filled jam. I love to go walk there in the Spring-- it's darn nifty. And it's even cooler when you have a flock of friends to go with.

Across the street from my apartment is a decent-sized grassy area, one which I feel is perfect for a barbecue. Failing that, there's always the potluck idea, which, with my friends, usually rocks.

I bought my sister a copy of the fab game Apples to Apples. She's not using it, so I'm going to steal it back. Er...temporarily, of course. In the right company, this is the best.game.ever.

I'm thinking, put these three elements together, you have the makings of a pretty darn cool day. And we can round it all off with using the Mr. Softee truck for target practise.
