Just one of those days, I guess.
Sep. 29th, 2006 05:31 pmI spoke to FedEx, and they put the package on a truck to redeliver. The problem, of course, is that Donna would have had to leave already to get through LA traffic. I did manage to speak to her, and we commiserated on it, but she says she may be able to arrange another shoot with stylist and photographer-- at additional cost. Which I'll throw in for, of course. But G-d-- it's frustrating in the extreme.
The only good thing about having my place this much of a mess is that I have nowhere to bang my head except the couch. But if I put my head anywhere near that couch, I'll fall asleep.
I need a proper workshop, and I need staff. And one of those staff members must be a masseuse.

Date: 2006-09-30 03:43 am (UTC)If there needs to be a reshoot, then perhaps Donna should speak to FedEx about them reimbursing her some of the extra cost. You paid for a service (to have the package there by a specific time) -- and you didn't get that service -- hell, they should reimburse *you*, too.

Date: 2006-10-01 04:43 am (UTC)Just a little helpful advise. :)
You *may* need to tell them (after all other options exhausted) that you are willing to never give them business again and will be only using UPS because of this very disturbing problem. Usually this above all else will get their attention. (Regardless of whether or not you would use them again)
