Would now be a bad time to mention that these very special corsets would probably go in the $600 to $800 range?

No, as that's about the cost of a non-custom corset in the UK.

it's a custom job honey... of *course* it's going to be expensive!!

I am, however, allowed to ask if those of us who've given you ideas get like a $10 discount or something. ;)

Depending on the design,

I think that would be lowballing yourself.

Well, the Rapunzel corset, for example, wouldn't be so much work. That'd likely be in the $600-$650 range. The wolf...mmm...I'd have to see how long it takes.

I also need to get to some decent arts & crafts shows. Sugarloaf and the like. I need to see what else is out there.

I totally expected that--a beautiful piece of custom-made artwork deserves at least that much. For now I'll just have to bookmark your site--*le sigh*

Nikki - I've known you're a brilliant for many years now, but honestly, fairy tale corsets? That's fucking amazing! I'm getting chills just thinking about all of them. Ooh, and you could do dragons with irridescent scales and wings, Joan of Arc with metallic silver & black, the Six Swans a girl diligently sewing a shirt, ok, well I get the idea, anyway. Brilliant!

Read it. Loved it. And the following two - Son of the Shadows, Child of the Prophecy. I'm onto the latest of the Jacqueline Carey books, Kushiel's Scion.

We miss you, too.
