I spent an hour and a half this morning on the phone with the lovely Michael. We had a great time. We just couldn't get my damned laptop items to show up on my desktop.

So now I have an appointment at 1.20 at the new Apple store in Ardmore. We'll see if they can help.

Oh, G-d, let this not be expensive. I had to play the john with Michael for $49.
