My dear friend Audrey was taken quite ill today, and upon getting checked out, was apparently given some fairly heavy-duty painkillers. I post this not only for its own value, but because when her head clears and she reads it, she'll laugh.

And if not, well, my entire fList will be able to help the police should I suddenly meet with a grim end.

(PS Re: bellydancing: we had been planning to go to dinner at Fez-- a wonderful, traditional Morroccan restaurant-- and get our notoriously shy, newly-married friend Julian up to shake it with the Fez dancer.)
