What on earth...?

I got home an hour earlier than I told my folks I would, I took my dog for an hour-long walk in Rittenhouse Square and up and down Rittenhouse Row like I wanted to, I had a decent and small dinner, and I GOT MY TAXES DONE. In an hour. By myself! And now I'm ready for bed. My G-d, what IS this?
