That you all for the excellent advice. I have my checkbook, my itinerary, my driver's license, and my birth certificate-- just in case I can go to the office to get this done, which I doubt. I'm fine doing it by mail, IF I can get everything back. Besides, I can't take time off work any more.

I so need a new job.




And the letter from the Philly passport office should arrive tomorrow. I'm ready as I can be, I guess.

(One would think a birth "certificate" would "certify" one's birth - but is it a "certified" certificate? I think they were smokin' the crack when they told you differently... )

Anyway, if you have yours, I think you are golden!!
