Green damask stripe duvet cover.

Red damask stripe king shams.

Gold damask stripe duvet cover & four shams.

Two new king pillows.

A towel hook for the bathroom.

A frame for my Mucha print.

A pumice stone for my feetsies.

A possible plan for my year.



Anyone know a good rental agent outside of Philly? Step one? Get out of the city. Just outside Manayunkish, I think. But get out. Then get my business together. After that...stay tuned.

Call a realtor.. I know my BIL used one to help with his rentals.. They may not only manage complexs but may know some private rentals as well.

Becareful & really check the city limits -- Manayunk may still be considered Philadelphia County.

Many years ago I worked on Main Street and that area was considered Philadelphia County. (At least that's what all the paperwork stated. Things could have changed by now, I not up on current laws.)

Oh, yeah, it's still considered in the city. I used to live in Roxborough. But there are some places that are just outside the limits, and that'd be nice.
