May I take a moment to bitch?
Nov. 28th, 2005 02:02 pmSweet baby jebus, but I'm bored at work today.
Anyone have anything particularly funny happen to them over the holiday? Share! I'm in dire need of distraction!

Date: 2005-11-29 02:26 am (UTC)Nobody ever said that my sister was the brightest crayon in the box. There's a reason we don't talk more than once or twice a year - generally when I'm visiting my parents and she happens to be there.

Date: 2005-11-28 08:41 pm (UTC)I delivered the 2 stuffed animal possums to the dogs on Friday evening. The dogs were busy fighting over a beat up squirrel with one mostly beat squeaky toy inside it.
These possum are both equipped (I myself did the surgery) with TWELVE squeaky toys apiece! Yes indeed. And oh Daisy knew.....oh she knew what they were. I didn't squeeze them or anything.....she knew.
Up on the dining room table went the possums until they could recover from the surgery (sewing needed to be finished, so playtime had to wait) and Up on the dining room table Daisy went (she's not allowed to even think of going up on the dining room table, much less do it).
Wish I knew earlier in life that the squeaky toy refills were available at PetSmart. I bought 24 of them and had a blast. Just imagine the fun.....I'd have put them in all manner of human stuffed animals, just to watch what the dogs did to them. Canine voodoo!

Date: 2005-11-29 05:35 am (UTC)If you don't get married, how are you ever gonna have the Battle Royal divorce and end up living down in St. Pete Beach with your scruffy-but-loyal dog, playing a beat-up guitar on the pier as the sun sets behind the sailboats?
