Oh-- completely different.
Nov. 20th, 2005 01:10 amI babysat for Sarah tonight-- she cried herself into a tummyache telling me to go away, and that she wanted MommyDaddy. I think we made up, though. I HOPE we did. I read her one last story after she was good and laid down in her crib, and when I was done, I heard her almost silently repeating the story to her toy dogs. It was almost convulsingly cute.
Even more exciting for me, though, was the fact that I left Clue out for the roughly six hours I was gone, and came home to find my apartment and its contents intact, and all cats accounted for. I'm ecstatic-- maybe this means I can one day soon get rid of that crate that takes up half the living room.
It's been the weekend of relationship counseling. I swear I should just get a degree and start charging.
