If the guy lives and/or operates a site/etc. in PA I also know a guy in the state of PA cybercrimes dept. Problem is, usually it's a jurisdictional issue if they arn't local.

I'd love to talk to him, though. I mean, they had me call the cybercrimes unit at the DA's office, so I'd imagine it's the same thing. This guy is in North Carolina.
