You'd be closer to work, your parents, and everything else exciting.

Also, you might be saving money. You can still have the same amount of room.

That wasn't quite what I meant, but yeah, I'd LOVE to find a place this size near South Street for less than $900 a month. You find anything like that, you let me know, and I'm there.

There were two more places at 800/mo across the street from the Bean, one above the other. The only thing was that it was a studio (artist especial)....all one room except for a bathroom. But giant. Probably 1.5 to 2 times as big as your place. Ceilings way up, etc.

All one room has its drawbacks, but separations can be crafted.
