Help? Anyone?

ysobelleSo the neighbours who are currently houseing Momcat and the four babies are SO not cat people. I had to explain to Larry-- whom I adore, really-- that the nursing mother's food bowl must be full at all times. He insists that, like his dogs back home, she gets what she gets per day and no more. He also thinks she
should get outside for a while every day-- which is what got us into this mess in the first place, and which would be disastrous for her babies if anything happened to her. He also just plain doesn't like cats. Kitty Cottage is full. City Kitties isn't accepting.
HELP!
Momcat is incredibly friendly and loving. She needs a home, as do her four kittens, whose eyes are just about open now, though they're still pretty much blind. The kittens were born the day Katrina hit, so they're about two weeks now. Three girls, one boy, I think. I've been handling them every day, so they're used to people.
