ysobelleIt's the prologue of the Amgen Tour of California. Bob Roll is back doing commentary-- and he's lost about half his body weight. Hope he's okay. But they've just put up the list of the top-ranked riders, who will ride later in the (pre-recorded) program: George Hincapie. Fabian Cancellara. The Schleck Brothers. Dave Zabriskie. Tyler Hamilton. Thor Hushovd. Ivan Basso. Levi Leipheimer. Floyd Landis. Lance Armstrong. All in an individual time trial.
I may need a few minutes alone.
ETA: It's been three and a half years since Lance was last in most people's view. That was his last Tour de France. Most people didn't see him in the Australian race he did a few weeks ago, and he hasn't raced on American soil. He looks amazing. We'll see what happens.
