Watching the Season 9 opener of Top Gear again. The one wherein Richard Hammond returns to discuss his horrific accident. The accident in which his tire blew at 288mph.
I couldn't even watch the footage the first time I saw it because I was by myself. When my husband and I watched it, I couldn't even look at all of it.
Utterly horrific accident.
Thank God he's okay. I have been impressed by his recovery.
I know! I especially like that they left in the in-car camera footage, with the car flying through the air and the earth slamming into the roll bar. That's JUST what I wanted to see! WOOT!
When I say I imagine doing terrible things to Richard hammond, that is absolutely NOT what I meant.
