I've spent a lot of time without insurance, and I assure you, it was bliss to have 'real' insurance at my last job. It made it so much easier to get appointments when they were needed, not to mention the price difference. It's sad how many doctors will refuse to see a person without insurance. I understand their reasoning, but still, it's mean. And annoying.
