It's refurbished. I waited TWO WEEKS for this fucker, it's the FIFTH ONE, and they send me a refurbished model.
I'm on hold now. Apparently, the magic words are, "You wanna explain to me why I shouldn't be switching to an iPhone at this point?" I wind up spending about $200 a month for all the services I have. Do NOT fuck with me.

I'm getting an Instinct. I have to go for a different plan, but it works out roughly the same. Of course, I have to pay $129 for the upgrade, but they'll bill me for that. I know I'm not eligible for as much of a rebate as they gave me-- nice of them to do that, at least. Anyway, bottom line, my primary number is working again.
