I dunno..something tells me that part of the delay had to do with the fact that it was a DOG and not a human. Which if its true, is absolutely unconcionable (sp?) A crime was committed, and they should have acted more promptly..simple as that.

Maybe if the dog's owner gets the ASPCA and PETA involved, they'll move a little faster.....
Hope he thinks about getting a lawyer, too.
