I was hoping this would be funnier by now.

We weren't even doing anything that vicious. I was doing squats with the yoga ball. But all of a sudden, I got overwhelmingly hot, then nauseous, then, well, game over. I probably triggered it by taking a big swig of cold water. Sigh. It's some sort of landmark, right? Christen assures me it happens to everyone. Ha. Even better, I was sitting up at the time, so I burned out my throat and the base of my sinuses.
Sigh.
Ugh.
