If you've sent me a text message in the last week, I haven't gotten it.

I'm on the phone with Sprint now trying to get the whole mess worked out, and the extra FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS they charged me off my bill. And my text messages put back. And my charge-per-minute screw-up plan (which no, thank you, I never ordered) removed.


Head-->desk, repeat.

Text messanging and blackberries don't work well together. Tim will get text messages, but won't be able to see who they are from etc.

Actually, no-- one of the reasons I'm so annoyed right now is that they're usually pretty good. Online and on the phone, at least! The kids in the stores often piss me off, though.
