Fran's husband? Dead.

Leah? Not dead.

Can we repeat this a few times? I've heard more people with more bullshit in the last two days than I thought possible. Yes, she's very ill. Yes, it's serious. But I spoke to her this morning, and she was most concerned-- humorously-- with the state of her roots.

Please stop with the "ZOMG she's gonna die tomorrow!!!!1!" It's not helpful. If you want to do something with that energy, call her. Find out if she's up for visiting. Send a sympathy card to Fran, the other Wench from my Local dealing with immense emotional stress. Just ask me for her address.

Leah needs prayers and positive energy, not rumour-mongering and hysteria.
