I normally think memes are kind of silly, but this one was very well done, and-- duh!-- accurate! I don't have as heavy a Philly accent as some (I have a lot of New York in there from my parents, though we're all very mild, and I was raised on PBS), but I know I'm recognisable to folks when I travel.
I taught Todd how to say "water ice" properly, too.

Date: 2006-11-03 10:39 am (UTC)As for the test, I got the exact same scores as you, and I'm from lower Manhattan, my parents are from the "Midland" (the Midwest??), I attended high school and college in the South, I lived in Boston for a summer, my sister lives in Philly, and I live in the West! I'm so confused!
