Just got home about half an hour ago, after eight hours of sewing with Mom. Yes, I'm pretty fried, but the good news is I got most of the chemises I want to bring to faire mostly done. Also got further on Amy's corset-- please, G-d, tell me it was supposed to be light blue with an extra dark blue stomacher! I showed Mom how to use the serger to do rolled hems, and she just loved it. She got out of the business-- she was a soft-toy designer-- decades ago, and never had or even used a serger back then. Playing with it now made her eyes light up, though.

I have the iron screen, I have the mirror, I have a little table for whatever, I have fabric samples, I have a photo display, and Lars is bringing my rack/room to the site on Friday. I still need curtains for it, a rug, photos, my banner...and stock.

Yay! Since I keep wanting to ask and can't seem to wait for Saturday (mostly because I'm juggling 15,000 trying to get ready so people don't starve to death while they're enjoying all the wickedly delightful pleasures), can you make the side and back bits reversible? I know you can't do that with the front panel, because of the busk, but I wasn't sure about the rest of it.

Yup-- the back and sides are indeed reversible. Usually, I do them in black, but whatever you like is fine! Or if you're looking at a five-lacing, I can do the panels in different colours, too.
