When I warn a cutomer three times that she cannot register for a conference online without a card, why must she then go through the entire process while I'm on the phone with her just to get to the end and go, "Oh, we don't have a credit card here."?

Yes, I KNEW that. That's why I TOLD YOU THREE TIMES.

And when I asked her her last name, she gave me her first name. No wonder I couldn't find her in the system.

Oh, G-d, it's going to be a long day.
