caitriona27 blush. And it was less than $20 worth of hardware-- just some chain and an eye bolt. Mere fripperies.
I did, however, get the lumber I need to properly hang my wineglass rack, at long last. But tonight ended well past midnight at Leah's, with the three of us sitting around the table talking and laughing, those two smoking and quickly murdering a bottle of plum wine and a bottle of sake to chase down the immense amounts of sushi we'd consumed. We talked about men, sex, and Broadway shows. I'm not sure what made ME all gabby and expansive, but oh, I did enjoy it.
I'm also not sure how it got to be 4am. Wasn't it just 1am twenty minutes ago?
Ah-- the vet thinks Clue may have some bad food allergies. I have some new food for her, and some hopefully effective pills. (She is also up to 60lbs, which is just about as big as she's going to get, though by this time next year she may have her full collie coat. Her mother goes back into the show ring in two months!) She's been very good the last 24 hours, though rambunctious. It's far, far too cold to run her outside; thank heavens I had the foresight to pick up a cheap kitten to amuse her!
