ysobelleThere's this guy who works in the same little mall I used to. He used to come in all the time to hang out and flirt with us in a mostly harmless way-- he's married, so I never thought much about it. After I left the store and moved into the office building attatched to the mall, I stopped by a couple of times on my way through to say hi. And "just to keep in touch," and in case he got word if he could sell me one of the display mannequins in his store, I gave him my cell number.
A few weeks later, he called. He'd rubbed my shoulders in the store once, and when I answered a strange number, a voice said, "Who gave you the best backrub ever?" It being just after Fling, I was thinking, well, hell, that's a list. Still, once I figured out who it was, the conversation was mostly fun and flirty, so I laughed it off.
A few weeks after that, he called again. He told me after the first phone call, well, ooooo, he just couldn't come out of the back room at his store for a while. I tried to laugh that off, too. Didn't work so well. I wanted to go home and shower. I made sure to mention it to the girls in the store, in case anyone else thinks he's just playing.
He just called again. I won't say I was rude-- I was perfectly polite. I also canned the flirt, and made it clear I'm busy today, sorry, can't talk.
I'm still pissed.
